North West Appliance Solutions (NWAS) are a relatively new appliance repair company, having been formed in 2022 to fill a gap in the market.
That gap was the lack of a first-class multi-skilled firm with locally-based appliance repair engineers stationed across the north west of England, available to fix faulty appliances for householders in the suburbs and towns around Liverpool, Merseyside and Manchester.
We may not have been around very long, but we’ve already established a reputation for excellence on both the reliability and workmanship fronts. Our gas-safe registered engineers are extending the life-span of hundreds of top brand household appliances in communities across the north west.
Our management team come prepped with more than 80 years’ combined experience in the appliance repair trade. We operate under the auspices of the mighty Pacifica Group, renowned across the UK as a national support services company which has an enviable pedigree when it comes to running appliance repair services.
We have a dynamic duo at the helm of our business, who work in concert to keep NWAS in its well-deserved place as the premier appliance repair company in the region.
Robert has more than 10 years’ experience on the ground as a domestic appliance engineer, so he knows what customers want and expect. A keen sportsman, Robert is also top at motivating his repair team.
Melanie comes with 10 years’ experience in the industry and particularly enjoys interacting with customers.
Both these keen managers are local to the area having been born and bred in the north west. They have a strong sense of community and enjoy building excellent relationships with customers.
With their personal touch – echoed by the rest of the NWAS appliance repair and installation team who have all been hired locally – one-off clients become regulars and recommend us to their friends and family.
NWAS has developed an efficient operating system which is anchored in our ethos of putting the needs of the customer and community first.
We utilise technology which allows us to stay in touch with our customers every step of the way, from when they have booked in an appliance repair slot or ordered the delivery and installation of a new or refurbished appliance from us. You can track our engineers as they make their way to you.
If we can’t repair your broken or faulty appliance because it is too old or too damaged to warrant fixing we can offer you a replacement appliance of your choice at a very reasonable price, either new or refurbished.
All our efforts are aimed at keeping appliances running happily and healthily, keeping them from landing up in landfill for as long as possible.
