If you have a new appliance on order, you can contact us in advance of its delivery date so we can book in a convenient installation appointment.

It saves time if you can ensure that your new appliance fits properly into the space designated for it, and that the location is clean and clear to allow our engineer to work unimpeded.

We will also need access to your water stopcock, electricity mains switch, and the gas safety shut-off valve – depending on the type of appliance you are having installed – so it helps if you know where these are located in your property.

Our local appliance installers will bring the necessary parts and tools to get your new appliance up and running, and the process should take around an hour – possibly longer if the item is complex.

Once the appliance is installed we’ll check that it works safely and correctly, before we leave you to enjoy using it.
