Are your Appliance Repairs guaranteed?

Yes, we offer a 30 day guarantee on our labour and any parts that we have replaced.

Are your repair prices fixed?

When you book a repair we will log a call-out fee, and once on site our engineer will give you an itemised quotation for the repair, which includes everything involved in getting the appliance up and running.

Is my landlord responsible for fixing my appliances?

If you live in an unfurnished rental property in which you are using your own appliances then the landlord is not responsible for paying for any repairs.

If the landlord supplied the appliance/s in the property then he or she is responsible for repairing or replacing broken appliances, but only if they have broken due to normal wear and tear and not damage due to misuse, carelessness or negligence.

Can you fix any make or model of appliance?

Our skilled repair engineers are trained to work on most of the well-known appliance brands available in the UK.

If you think you have an obscure make of appliance for which it would be difficult to find parts, please chat to us and we’ll do our best to help.

Can you fix my broken appliance in one visit?

That is certainly what we aim to do. When you book a repair visit it helps if you can give us as much information as possible about the appliance we are to fix, and what is wrong with it.

That will enable us to come prepared. The only time a second visit may be required is if we need to order in a special part.

Do you offer appliance installations and servicing?

Yes, we can certainly assist you with installing a new appliance, or keeping your appliance serviced regularly.

Do you do same day appliance repairs?

We always try to book in a repair appointment as soon as possible, but it all depends on where in our area you are, and how many repair engineers we have available in that location at the time.

Usually, we book next day repair appointments, but in an emergency we will always do our best to help you the same day.
